The market segments include agricultural and commercial vehicles, caravans, sanitary ware, furniture construction, shipbuilding and the rail vehicle construction industry. In all market segments, the aesthetic aspect like color, surface quality and surface properties of the sheets is very important to the customers.

This is a challenge for a Sales Developer (m/f/d) with a clear possibility to grow in a large organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential new customers 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers
  • Gain access to local OEMs and thermformers and establish relationships
  • Succeed in specifying the products with OEM
  • Identify new projects and commercialise them

Profile

  • A degree in business or associated experience
  • Proven field sales experience (experience within the plastics industry or a related field is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working with Thermoformers, Converters & OEMS is an advantage
  • High willingness to travel, i.e., 3 days/week, capable of taking over a bigger region
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English, German would be a plus
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Reliability, accountability
