As part of the succession of the interim job holder, we are filling the position of “Country Manager UK & Scandinavia”.
To this end, we would like to get in touch with candidates who are willing to change jobs and who want to and can continue to shape the successful growth course in Uk and build up the currently small business in Scandinavia into a full local organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for the Business Unit UK and Scandinavia
  • Development and execution of regional sales strategy in line with corporate goals
  • Strengthening distributor and direct customer relationships
  • Enhance and further develop business with direct customers
  • Leadership of two teams across two locations (Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Further develop business in Scandinavia (customer, growth, profitability, team)
  • Drive profitability and sustainable growth in both regions
  • Promote a high-performance culture and further develop regional managers
  • Analyze market trends and ensure a fast and strategic response to changes (customers, product portfolio)

Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, including several years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in strategic sales and business development, ideally in consumables or capital goods
  • Familiarity with distribution-driven sales structures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with natural authority
  • Experienced in project and change management, CRM (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across UK, Scandinavia, and Europe
  • Cultural fit with a values-driven, family-owned company
